WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Typically orders ship within 4-5 business days then 3-5 days travel time. You can check your email for order confirmation and shipping notifications.
Orders may be delayed due to a number of reasons. If within 5 of days of your order placement you do not receive a notification about a shipment, please contact us at marie@wisdomfoods.com.au.
WHEN WILL MY RETAIL ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped within 4-5 business days of receipt of the order, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. *There may be some delays from the shipping carriers which is out of our control.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
We currently do not have any items on pre-order.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DAIRY FREE/VEGAN?
The only product that contain Dairy are the Cookie Dough Syrup. All other products are suitable for a Vegetarian/Vegan lifestyle.
DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?
We cannot take phone orders as we do not have credit card processing in our office. Our secure website is the best way to purchase our products online.
DOES MY PRODUCT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING?
Skinny Syrups: No refrigeration required.
Skinny Mixes: Please refrigerate after opening for flavour retention.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO SWEETEN YOUR PRODUCTS?
Skinny Syrups: Sucralose.
Skinny Mixes: Sucralose.
Keto Syrups: Stevia, Monk Fruit & Erythritol.
