INGREDIENTS
- 180g instant oats (similar to oat flour)
- 25g protein powder
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 2-3 bananas mashed
- 1 egg
- 100g 0% greek yogurt
- 100ml almond milk
- 110g smooth peanut butter
- 3-4 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Pecan Syrup
- Mix together wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into muffin molds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
