Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup

  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup ice
